We bought in Caroline Springs in 2013, and Taylors Road was a bit of a nightmare, but it was a 45-minute to 1-hour commute to work. Now it takes me 1.5 to 2 hours for the same commute. It’s not unusual to be on Taylors Road for 30 minutes in the evening for a 5km stretch with traffic banked up from Keilor Park Station, because 3 lanes become 1 as soon as you cross Kings Road!
